Colors

Colors tell a lot of things,
They tell us about life,
They show us who we really are,
And what we’re really like.

Colors tell about the world,
About God, and love, and peace,
But colors also tell us things,
That aren’t so nice and sweet.

Colors seem to tell a story,
To tell us something new,
Such as green or yellow, pink, or white,
Orange, gold, or blue.

My favorite colors though still seem,
To be the best colors of all,
To be the one’s that whisper things,
Those silent, peaceful calls.

Colors are a blessing,
Invisible to the eye,
They seem to have a message,
So don’t let them pass you by,
For colors are the new born world,
That shine for all to see,
But sometimes colors aren’t so good,
So cautiously let them be.

Flowers

Some flowers are red some are blue,
there are many types of flowers,
not just one or two,
Some flowers are smelly,
some are not.
I've got some flowers,
in fact quite a lot,
Some flowers I love,
some flowers I adore,
in fact I'm always saying more,
more, more!
